Manager Strategic Partnerships at AM-Flow

Ruben Fokkema has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ruben started their career in 2007 as a Sales Representative at DSB Bank. Ruben then worked as a Research Intern at Universidad de Barcelona in 2010 and as a Teaching Assistant at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen from 2009 to 2011. Ruben also gained experience at the European Commission as a Bluebook trainee in 2011.

In 2012, Ruben joined Page Personnel (Michael Page) as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in Finance & Accounting. Ruben later became a Mentor at Stichting voor Vluchteling-Studenten UAF, supporting refugee students in accessing the job market. From 2013 to 2016, Ruben worked as a Research Consultant at Holtrop Ravesloot, focusing on executive search and talent acquisition across various sectors.

Ruben joined Brainport Development in 2016 as the International Business Development Manager. During their time there, they also served as the Business Intelligence for development of ecosystems for early-stage technologies and as an Additive Manufacturing business & ecosystem development specialist.

In 2015, Ruben took on a volunteer role at De Utrechtse Uitdaging, where they were involved in the matchgroup and asset bank, and led the campaign 'opgelapt' to provide laptops to vulnerable individuals in need.

Currently, Ruben works at AM-Flow as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships, contributing to the automation of flexible manufacturing and integrating partners in the chain towards digital end-to-end solutions. Ruben is also involved in the development of the factory of the future and the realization of a smart additive manufacturing factory.

Ruben Fokkema completed their education with a Master's degree in Public Administration from Radboud University. Ruben attended this university from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their Master's, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Radboud University, completed between 2007 and 2010. In addition, Ruben participated in a summer school program on Intercultural Competence at the University of Helsinki in 2009. There is no information available regarding Ruben's education at JFC.
