Sebastiën Boutard

Sebastiën Boutard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sebastiën currently serves as the Director of Operations at AM-Flow, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, Sebastiën worked at Delmeco Projecten BV, where they held several positions from 2018 to 2022, including Head of Manufacturing, International Sales/Business Development for Hose Towers, and Project Manager. Sebastiën also worked as an Operations Manager at oppizi in 2017.

In 2015, they joined Shapeways as an Industrial Engineer, and subsequently took on the role of Project Lead for HP Multi Jet Fusion and 3D Printing Engineer. At Shapeways, they were involved in various projects aimed at improving the quality and throughput of 3D printed parts.

Sebastiën began their career as a Product Designer at Homberto Design Studio in 2013, where they collaborated on the development of shock-absorbing phone cases. Prior to that, they gained experience as an Intern at GM Financial, where they analyzed data to identify potential fraudulent customers, and as an Engineering Intern at Technip, where they worked on improving mixing capabilities for crude oil storage tanks at a refinery.

Sebastiën Boutard completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in International Business and Management Studies from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Sebastiën pursued this degree from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto, focusing on Accounting and Administration. Prior to their university education, they attended Markiezaat College from 2007 to 2010, where they completed their MBO (middelbaar beroepsonderwijs) degree in Engineering, Construction & Maintenance.

Sebastiën also possesses a VCA VOL certification in Health and Safety, which they obtained between 2018 and 2028. The institution from where they acquired this certification is unknown, as well as the specific month and year of attainment.
