Dave Damian

Dave Damian has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in sales, business development, and management roles. Dave began their career in 1991 as a Product/Project Engineer, leading multiple engineering design projects in the defense industry. From 2000 to 2005, they served as a Manager of Customer Service, overseeing warranty and field service for various specialty markets. From 2005 to 2009, they took on the role of Sr. Sales Manager, responsible for sales and business development activities for Meritor Defense. From 2009 to 2021, Damian held the position of Senior Director, Sales and Business Development, leading a team responsible for Meritor's defense and specialty business units globally. Dave then expanded their role to include the global defense market as Senior Director, Global Defense Business Unit from 2017 to 2021.

In 2021, Damian transitioned to Senior Director, Global Industrial Sales, leading a team of sales executives and overseeing ~$500M in annual sales across multiple regions and key customers. Dave is currently serving as the Executive Director of International Business Development at AM General LLC, responsible for strategic planning and market penetration for the international defense team.

Dave Damian has a MBA in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2004. Dave also holds a MSME in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University in 2000. Additionally, Dave Damian has a Certificate in Finance for Executives from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Dave obtained a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
