Ryan DuRussel

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ryan DuRussel provides the executive oversight for all of AM General’s finance operations including accounting, financial planning and analysis, pricing, business operations and government compliance, and treasury services. In this role, DuRussel reports to AM General President and CEO, James Cannon and partners closely with the executive management team to support the company’s strategic priorities and broad array of business matters.

DuRussel has an extensive career as a results-driven financial leader. Prior to joining AM General, DuRussel spent over fourteen years at Stanley Black & Decker holding progressively larger executive roles, most recently serving as Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis where he led all aspects of their short-term & long-term financial planning including enterprise reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to help drive business insights and management recommendations. Prior to his role as Vice President, Corporate FP&A, DuRussel served as CFO, Global Security, a nearly $2 billion business segment of Stanley Black & Decker with extensive international experience based in Brussels & London. DuRussel has also held leadership roles with Sun Chemical Corporation and GE – Aerospace.

DuRussel attended Michigan State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University - Chicago.
