Joseph Rocco

Joseph Rocco is an experienced real estate attorney with a robust background in legal and real estate matters. Currently serving as a Real Estate Attorney at Campbell Rocco Law, LLC since June 2013, Joseph Rocco has notably represented a Colorado-based industrial landlord in a major lease negotiation with Amazon. As a Partner at Diligence Capital Advisors since November 2018, Joseph Rocco focuses on sourcing debt and equity for real estate projects. Additionally, Joseph Rocco is the Owner and Broker of Record at AM Realty Advisors, a licensed real estate agency in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
