John Birtwell

John Birtwell has had extensive work experience in various industries. John currently serves as the Director of Operations at AM Technical Solutions, where they implement a scientific approach to regulatory risk mitigation in the life science industry. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Recruitment at USPRO, where they provided staffing services to government and private sector employers. John also worked as the Senior Talent Acquisition and Operations Manager at DPS Group Global, focusing on technical staffing in industries such as life sciences, biotech, pharmaceuticals, and microelectronics. John's other roles include Head of Pitching at MGH Orthopaedics, Recruiter at King & Bishop, Coaching Assistant at Harvard University, Writer for ESPN, Co-Founder of Know The Game Baseball, and Substitute Teacher at Massachusetts Public and Private Schools. John also worked as a Minor League Coach for the Jamestown Jammers, a minor league baseball team affiliated with the Florida Marlins.

John Birtwell completed their high school education at Walpole High School from 1993 to 1997, where they received an Honors degree with a focus on History and Spanish. John then attended Harvard University from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a citation in Spanish. After a break from formal education, John pursued further studies at Northeastern University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Masters degree in Sports Leadership.
