Prior to AMA Group, Nicole was the VP of People & Culture at Deep Labs, where leadership in cultural initiatives and team expansion characterized their tenure. Nicole also held key HR leadership roles at Hanweck, Mesoblast, Rothstein Kass, Resource Options, Winter Wyman, and Yellow Book USA, contributing to accomplishments such as receiving accolades for workplace excellence. Nicole's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Providence College and a Master's degree in Labor Studies from Rutgers University.
