Foram Sheth

Foram Sheth is the Co-Founder and Chief Coaching Officer of Ama La Vida, a leadership and career coaching company established in June 2016, focusing on the integration of success and happiness. From September 2018 to August 2021, Foram served as an Adjunct Professor and later as Adjunct Faculty at Northwestern University, where teaching centered on building transformational client relationships and coaching students in their professional journeys. Additionally, Foram held a position as an Adjunct Faculty Leadership Coach at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from October 2016 to August 2021. Prior experience includes roles at McKinnis Consulting Services as a Consulting Services Associate, Emmi Solutions as an Implementation Manager, and Epic as a Project Manager. Foram's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Learning and Organizational Change and a certification in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
