Lisa Zoba

Lisa Zoba has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the corporate learning and development field. Lisa began their career at Canon, Inc. as a Sales Training Learning and Development Manager, where they managed a national team and developed multiple sales and marketing programs. Lisa then joined ExecuTrain as the Training Director for the Northeast Region, where they managed the training organization and improved client satisfaction and retention. Currently, Lisa is working as the Regional Director of Corporate Learning Solutions at the American Management Association, where they build relationships with clients and develops the market for professional development solutions.

Lisa Zoba completed their MBA with a focus on Human Resources Management and International Business Certificate at Iona University in 2014. Lisa also holds a BA from Southern Connecticut State University, with a major in Economics and a concentration in Marketing, as well as a minor in Fine Art.
