Russ Terry Jr is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in coaching, motivational speaking, and diversity consulting. Since founding Russ Terry Inc. in March 2012, Terry has provided coaching to individuals of all ages, facilitated workshops on various soft skills, and served as a motivational speaker. Additionally, Terry hosts and executive produces the show Real Talk On Racism, leads events through The Event Experience, and develops training content for the American Management Association. Previous roles include CEO of Life Coach Radio Networks, career coaching at Rutgers Business School, and various HR and management positions at PwC. Terry holds a Master's in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Villanova University, complemented by certification as a professional coach from iPEC Coaching.
