Niamh Cray is a Senior Human Resources leader with extensive experience in the facilities sector. They served as HR Lead for Ireland at National Express Ireland in 2020 and held various roles at Sodexo between 2009 and 2013, including HR Advisor and HR Director. Niamh is currently the Director of People, Culture, and HR at Amach and has been Head of People and Talent at Auxilion from 2021 to 2025.
