Amada, named for chef’s grandmother who inspired his passion for coking and supported his culinary journey, offers guests a modern twist on authentic Spanish tapas and wines in a rustic chic atmosphere. Amada’s original location opened in October 2015 in the heart of historic Philadelphia. The brand has expanded to multiple markets including Atlantic City and Radnor, PA. In July 2024, Amada was acquired by SPB Hospitality, a Nashville based private equity firm.
