Daryl Beckles

Daryl Beckles SPHR has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Most recently, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Amada Senior Care, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked part-time as a Human Resources professional at Brandience, where they implemented HR policies and programs and managed employee relations and development. From 2017 to 2022, Daryl held various roles at FirstLight Home Care, including Director of Recruiting and Retention Initiatives and Director of Human Resources. Daryl began their career at The Bistro Group, Inc. in 1995, where they held multiple positions and eventually became the Director of Operations. Overall, Daryl has a wide range of experience in HR, recruitment, and employee development.

Daryl Beckles SPHR obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University, where they attended from 2004 to 2009. In 2015, they received the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
