Tim Valencia has a strong background in sales and business development. Tim started their career as the Owner/Operator of Valencia Pro Shop, where they managed a team of over 120 home workers and 22 club builders. Tim then worked as the National Sales Manager at Graman Graphite Golf Shafts, where they managed over 580 accounts and developed sales strategies for the sporting goods industry. Tim then joined Warrior Custom Golf as the Chief of Operations, where they supervised 300 employees and developed sales and customer service strategies. Tim later worked at Franchise Beacon as a Franchise Development specialist, opening stores in multiple countries. Currently, Tim serves as the Vice President of Franchise Development at Amada Senior Care, bringing the right candidates into the senior care space. Prior to their career in sales, Tim worked at BASF as a Carbon Fiber Expert/R&D Structural Materials specialist.
