Curtis Carmichael

Curtis Carmichael is a Senior Technical Business Analyst at Amadeus, with a career spanning from July 2015 to the present. In this role, Curtis has led service design discussions within the Rates Backend Team and served as Acting Team Manager for the UI Team. Curtis also has experience as a Technical Business Analyst, where responsibilities included Scrum Master duties for UI development teams and the creation of technical documentation. In addition to current roles, Curtis taught graduate-level Business Analytics courses at Southern New Hampshire University in 2023. Previously, at Thunderhead, Curtis worked as an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager, developing training documentation and tools for customer onboarding processes. Curtis holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Internet Security from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Web Management and Internet Commerce from Plymouth State University.
