Elena Avila

Elena Avila has over two decades of experience in the financial and travel sectors, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Amadeus since April 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing the airline segment's business and solution strategy in the U.S. Previously, Elena held several executive positions within Amadeus, such as Executive Vice President for Travel Distribution and Airport & Airline Operations, as well as Director of Airline IT Strategy and Director of Commercial Finance. Prior to joining Amadeus, Elena spent nearly a decade at Morgan Stanley, progressing to the role of Executive Director. Elena holds a degree in Business Studies, specializing in Finance and Accounting, from CUNEF, earned between 1996 and 2000.
