Fiete Leitner

Fiete Leitner is the Head of Customer Success Management Europe at Amadeus, where they currently oversee key customer engagement strategies. They previously served as an IT Delivery Manager for Central Europe at Amadeus IT Group from 2017 to 2020, bringing extensive experience in IT delivery and project management from the airline industry. Prior to that, Fiete held various roles at airberlin, including Senior Trainer for Sabre Reservations & Ticketing, where they developed their long-term expertise in coaching and training, particularly in reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus and Sabre.
