Gerald Tan

Gerald Tan serves as Senior Legal Counsel and Regional Legal Counsel for Amadeus since May 2020, while also holding the position of Non-Executive Director at The Greenhouse Community Services Ltd since December 2023. Previously, Gerald worked as Regional Product Counsel at Oriente, advising on regulatory and compliance matters in multiple APAC countries. Gerald's experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Osborne Clarke, a part-time Secondment with Lazada, and an Associate at Bird & Bird, focusing on intellectual property and technology law. Gerald began a legal career at Drew & Napier LLC, where significant achievements included assisting in landmark court cases, and also trained at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP in admiralty and shipping law. Gerald's educational background comprises a Bachelor in Social Science from the National University of Singapore and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Singapore Management University.
