Holly Hamilton

Holly Hamilton is the Director of Global Rewards at Amadeus, overseeing holistic reward strategies, executive pay, and global benefits. Holly began their career as a US qualified lawyer, working in both the US and UK on benefits tax and executive pay. Previously, Holly held leadership positions at ThoughtWorks, DXC Technology, and Xchanging, where they managed compensation strategies across multiple regions. Holly also contributed to advisory services and corporate governance as a Business and Governance Analyst at Allen & Overy. They hold a Doctor of Law from Emory University School of Law and are a citizen of both the US and UK.
