Kyle Rohrdanz

Kyle Rohrdanz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global compensation and rewards. Most recently serving as Global Rewards Director and Head of Global Compensation at GRUNDFOS from April 2018 to August 2023, Kyle acted as a strategic advisor on complex reward issues, enhancing the Global Water Utility Division’s agenda with data-driven insights. Previous roles include Chief Reward Specialist within the Group Performance & Reward Centre of Expertise, leading a global team on compensation projects across approximately 70 countries. Kyle holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University, where graduation was celebrated with summa cum laude honors.
