Phoebe Liu

Phoebe LIU is an experienced user experience professional with a robust background in UX leadership and research across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of User Experience for Corporate IT at Amadeus since January 2019, Phoebe has held multiple roles within the organization, including UX Business Owner for Airline Digital and Manager of User Experience for Airline IT. Prior experience includes consulting as a Senior UX Expert Lead for SQUAD and as a Senior UX Researcher for Amadeus SAS. Phoebe's career began with a position as a User Interface Designer at Trend Micro, followed by roles at Yahoo! Inc., TAT AB, and positions in user experience research at Amadeus SAS. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Systems and Management with a focus on HCI from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master's in Interaction Design from Malmö University, and a Bachelor of Science from National Taiwan University.
