Stefano Boero

Stefano Boero is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience at Amadeus since 2001, currently serving as Senior Vice President, People & Culture - Global HR Business Partner for Amadeus Travel. Stefano leads organizational transformation and People & Culture initiatives across a diverse business portfolio, influencing over 10,000 employees and contributing significantly to the company's margin. Previous roles include senior leadership positions in the Americas, overseeing a large HR team and budget, as well as experience in managing compensation, labor relations, and international mobility. Prior to Amadeus, Stefano worked with IVM Group and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and has a military background as a First Lieutenant in the Italian Army. Educational credentials include executive leadership development from IESE Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from Università di Torino.
