Gary Tsai

Gary Tsai is the Medical Director of Behavioral Health at Amae Health. Gary has also served on the Advisory Board for Brightside and as the Chief Executive Officer for SimpliCare Technology.

Gary has a background in legislative and mental health policy analysis. Gary has presented to the Dept of Health Care Services, Medi-Cal Policy Committee, and Medical Services System of Care Committee on behavioral health measures.

At SimpliCare Technology, Gary was responsible for developing intuitive technological solutions to simplify and improve health and social service systems. Gary's first product, FindSimpli, is a web-based service locator and bed registry that offers a smarter way to help people connect with needed health and social services. It allows administrators of health and social service networks to make a full spectrum of services visible to the clients they serve, including physical health, mental health, substance use, senior care, housing and social services, as well as other services. The platform's customizable filters (service types, special populations served, languages spoken, etc.) facilitate a tailored search experience, helping users better identify locations that offer the services they are looking for.

Gary Tsai holds a Bachelor of Science from UC Santa Barbara and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, Davis. Gary also has a certification from the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Board Certified- Addiction Medicine and another certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. in Board Certified- General Psychiatry.

Their manager is Stas Sokolin, Co-Founder & CEO. Gary Tsai works with Jen Zhu - Chief of Staff, Sonia Garcia - Co-Founder & CPO, and Anjlee Joshi - Head of New Markets.
