Jen Zhu

Chief of Staff at Amae Health

Jen Zhu is the Chief of Staff at Amae Health. Jen has over ten years of experience in the health care industry, with a focus on program development and management.

Jen started their career as a Program Manager at Carbon Health, where they led new initiatives to develop and launch care models from start to finish. In this role, they managed various internal and external stakeholders, including product, revenue cycle management, marketing, clinical informatics, operations, and data science teams. Jen was also the company lead for primary care growth and strategy.

In June 2021, Jen left Carbon Health to join Amae Health as Senior Manager, Program Development. In this role, they are responsible for leading the development of new health care services and programs. Jen also manages a portfolio of programs and a cross-functional team through all stages of development.

Jen Zhu's educational career includes a joint degree in government and sociology from Harvard University, as well as a global health and health policy field from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.

Jen Zhu reports to Stas Sokolin, Co-Founder & CEO. Jen Zhu works with Gary Tsai - Medical Director, Behavioral Health, Sonia Garcia - Co-Founder & CPO, and Scott Fears - CMO.
