AMAG Austria Metall AG is an Austria-based holding company of the AMAG Group (the Group). The AMAG Group is engaged in the production of aluminum products with product portfolio ranging from primary aluminum through cast products to flat rolled products. The Group operates two production sites: the production of primary aluminum is performed through Aluminerie Alouette Inc (Alouette), located in Canada, and the production of cast and flat rolled products is performed in Austria. The Group's business activities are dividend into four divisions. The Metal Division is engaged in sourcing of alumina for, and selling, aluminum produced by Alouette, among others.
