Bhupesh Gupta

Bhupesh Gupta is currently serving as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Amagi Corporation since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Founder and Director of Krizalis Management Consulting, where they worked with various startup companies and provided them with HR advisory services. From 2021 to 2022, Bhupesh worked as the Senior Director of HR at DealShare.in, focusing on hiring engineers, program managers, analysts, product managers, and UX designers. Bhupesh also held the position of Director of HR at GlowRoad.com from 2019 to 2021, where they built a strong team for the e-commerce distribution channel. In addition, Bhupesh worked at Amagi Media Labs as an HR Leader from 2015 to 2016, scaling the recruitment process and expanding the team. Prior to that, they served as an HRBP and Talent Partner at Gwynnie Bee, where they played a vital role in building technology and product teams. Lastly, Bhupesh worked at CareerNet Technologies as an Executive Search Consultant for Longhouse Consulting from 2008 to 2009, and as the Business Head for Campus Connect from 2002 to 2008, where they managed HR positions and helped companies connect with campuses.

Bhupesh Gupta completed their education at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 1997 to 2002, earning a Dual Degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech + M.Tech). Bhupesh also obtained a verified certificate for Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from edX in September 2016.
