Divya Anand

Divya Anand has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Divya is currently working as the VP - People Excellence at Amagi Corporation since January 2023. Prior to this, Divya was the Founder & Director of Dlogix Consulting (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. from September 2016 onwards. Divya also worked as a Channel Partner - India at Panalyt from January 2021 to December 2021. Divya has held various senior positions at Cleartrip.com, including Senior Director - HR from April 2020 to August 2020, and Director - HR from October 2018 to April 2020. Before Cleartrip.com, they worked at Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager - Rewards CoE (Compensation & Benefits) from November 2015 to September 2016 and as a Senior Manager - HR Systems and Analytics from June 2014 to November 2015. Divya's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Manager - Comp & Ben, HR Systems and Services at McAfee (An Intel Company) from January 2006 to June 2014, and as a Staffing Team Lead at Texas Instruments India from February 2002 to November 2005. Divya started their career as an HR Executive at Ind Telesoft Pvt. Ltd. from November 2000 to January 2002.

Divya Anand completed their education at Symbiosis CDL from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MDBA) with a specialization in Human Resources. Prior to that, they attended Bangalore University from 1996 to 1999 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (BBM) with a focus on Finance. In addition, Divya has recently obtained a certification in Applied Business Analytics from India-EMERITUS in June 2022.
