Kareem Ghanie has extensive experience in demand generation and sales development, with a focus on strategy development, program execution, team management, and process optimization. Kareem has held leadership positions in various companies, including Amagi Corporation, Varnish Software, Verizon Media Platform, and MaxCDN. In their most recent role as Director of Demand Generation and Sales Development at Amagi Corporation, Kareem is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to generate measurable pipeline growth. Prior to that, as Head of Demand Generation and Sales Development at Varnish Software, they implemented and managed global account-based marketing and sales campaigns, resulting in top-of-the-funnel leads and qualified outbound pipeline. At Verizon Media Platform, Kareem played a key role in implementing demand generation best practices using Pardot, Salesforce, and Outreach, and also managed the analytics and reporting from market intelligence platforms. Kareem further augmented their qualifications by earning the Marketo Champion certification in July 2012 and passing the Marketo Certification Exam in March 2013.
