Christopher Nordyke

Scientist at Amagma

Christopher Nordyke has worked in the field of biochemistry since 2013. Christopher began as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Wyoming. From 2016 to 2021, they were a PhD Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at the University of New Hampshire. During this time, they participated in research projects with a focus in the structural and binding characterization of an intrinsically disordered protein from Caulobacter crescentus using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Christopher was also responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing labs, assigning quizzes and tests, grading, and engaging students in scientific thinking. In 2021, they began working as a Scientist at Amagma Therapeutics.

Christopher Nordyke obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (ACS approved) from the University of Wyoming between 2009 and 2014. Christopher then continued their education at the University of Wyoming, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry between 2014 and 2016. Christopher then furthered their studies at the University of New Hampshire, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry between 2016 and 2020.
