Gunjan Jindal Poddar

Gunjan Jindal Poddar is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in various sectors, including renewable energy, thermal power, and retail. Currently serving as a Promoter at Jindal India Renewable Energy since August 2024 and as the Founder of Amala Earth since July 2021, Gunjan previously held the position of Promoter at Jindal India Thermal Power Limited from February 2015 to August 2024. Gunjan was also involved with the BC Jindal Group from September 2007 to July 2015 as part of the founder's family. Notably, Gunjan founded PASSION TEA PRIVATE LIMITED, the pioneering chain of tea cafes in India, from February 2005 to September 2007. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, completed in 2003, and formative education at Mater Dei School in Delhi.
