Maura Keaney

Maura Keaney is an experienced professional in client engagement and political strategy with a robust background in managing outreach and external affairs. As Senior Vice President and Director of Client Engagement at Amalgamated Bank since January 2015, Keaney oversees the Non-Profit sector, providing financial services to over 450 clients nationwide. Previous roles include serving as Senior Advisor for the Quinn for New York campaign, Executive Director of External Affairs for the NYC Department of Education, and Director of Field Operations for Bloomberg for Mayor, where strategic voter engagement efforts were successfully executed. Additional experience includes Deputy Chief of Staff for the New York City Council and Regional Political Director at UNITE HERE. Keaney holds a BA in Anthropology from Barnard College.
