Naima Osman

Naima Osman, MBA, CAMS, has had extensive work experience in the banking industry. Naima currently holds the position of First Vice President - Internal Audit at Amalgamated Bank since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Vice President - Compliance Manager from July 2019 to February 2021. Naima also served as a Senior Compliance Officer at HSBC from April 2013 to May 2019 and as a Senior Control Officer at BNY Mellon from June 2011 to April 2013. Their roles and responsibilities have primarily focused on compliance, internal audit, and control management.

Naima Osman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University. Naima also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers Business School. In addition, Naima has obtained certifications including a 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training from Uplifted Yoga, LLC, a 300 HR Advanced Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Alliance, and a CAMS certification from ACAMS.
