Sanjay Chojar

Sanjay Chojar holds the position of Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Amalgamated Life Insurance Company since April 2022, overseeing IT for the entire Amalgamated Family of Companies, which encompasses diverse services including life insurance and medical care management. Prior to this role, Sanjay served as Global Head of Finance Technology at Millennium from 2020 to 2022, and as CIO and Managing Director for Alternative Investment Services at BNY Mellon from 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities included advancing technology for private equity, real estate, and hedge funds. Sanjay's earlier experience includes roles as CIO and Managing Director at Deutsche Bank for Global Prime Finance and as Senior Managing Director at J.P. Morgan for Global Prime Brokerage Technology. Educationally, Sanjay Chojar obtained a BA in Computer Science with a Mathematics minor from Queens College of the City University of New York.
