Kendall Alvarez

Kendall Alvarez has over 15 years of experience in customer service and management roles. Currently serving as Divisional Manager and previously as Account Executive at Amalgamated Security Services Limited since July 2009, Kendall focuses on effective resolution of customer concerns and quality service improvement. Prior experience includes the role of Customer Service Manager at PSCU from March 2008 to June 2009, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of customer service policies and training. Kendall also held the position of Branch Operation Supervisor at Kappa Caribbean Limited from November 2007 to February 2008, overseeing daily operations and managing a team of fifteen while ensuring the achievement of monthly sales targets.
