Alan Kwan

Alan Kwan is a multi-faceted chef with extensive experience across various prestigious culinary establishments. They served as Executive Chef at renowned venues such as Atlantis Resorts and Soho House & Co, and have held leadership roles including Executive Chef at Centara Hotels & Resorts and Tellers American Chophouse. Alan began their culinary journey as a culinary trainee at Lespinasse Restaurant and further honed their skills at esteemed restaurants like Picasso at the Bellagio and Matsuhisa. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America. Currently, they are Executive Chef at Aman.
