Nozomi Takemura currently serves as the Guest Experience Manager at Aman, overseeing daily front office operations and evaluations since February 2024. Previous experience includes managing Club InterContinental at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts from March 2022 to December 2023, and serving as Night Manager at The St. Regis Osaka from March 2020 to February 2022. Additional roles include Front Office Supervisor at Marriott International and Guest Relations Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott Shin Osaka station, as well as experience as a server at Daitokai Berlin. Prior to these roles, Nozomi worked as a Butler at The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort, and as a Guest Relations Officer and Butler in the Maldives. Nozomi holds a degree in International Culture from 桃山学院大学, obtained in 2009.
