Romain Taverne

Romain Taverne has a range of experience in the food and beverage industry. Romain most recently worked as the Regional Director of Operations for AMAN, overseeing operations in the Americas and the Caribbeans. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer for Make It Nice. Romain also spent several years at Jean-Georges Management, holding various positions such as Vice President of Operations, Senior Director, Director of Restaurants, and General Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Jumeirah Group and Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, specifically at the Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah locations.
