Meital Dinovitch Paz has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a CV Center Coordinator at Malam, then moving on to HR Recruitment at Tangram Soft, and currently holding the position of Headquarters HR Manager at Aman Group. As an HR Specialist, Meital has been responsible for various tasks such as contracts, onboarding, termination, salary updates, and maternity leave for employees. Meital is dedicated to supporting department managers and mid-class management, and overseeing the employee life cycle from recruitment to termination of employment.
