Nadeeka Weerasekare

Nadeeka Weerasekare has over two decades of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Manager of Product Innovations and Strategy Management at Amana Bank since March 2013. In this role, Nadeeka is responsible for developing asset and liability products and overseeing the strategic planning process for the bank. Prior to this, Nadeeka held positions at Peoples Bank, Sri Lanka, first as an Assistant Manager and previously as a Banking Assistant from November 2001 to February 2013. Nadeeka holds an MBA in Finance from Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences, and a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, alongside a high school education in Commerce from D S Senanayake College.
