Yusri Hussain

Yusri Hussain currently serves as Cluster Head at Amana Takaful PLC since July 2023. Prior to this role, Yusri Hussain accumulated extensive experience at Dialog Axiata PLC from June 2006 to May 2023, where responsibilities included authoring content on Artificial Intelligence, leading strategic digital initiatives and customer experience design for bots, and holding various positions in customer service, including Senior Customer Experience Associate and Call Center Agent. Yusri Hussain is an alumnus of the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM).
