Amanah21 is a premier, independent advisory platform providing governance-anchored solutions across the domains of infrastructure, natural resources, minerals, and investment readiness. We operate as a critical bridge between the technical ground realities of emerging markets and the institutional expectations of international financiers, boards, and regulators.

We specialise in stabilising complex initiatives where delivery, governance, or stakeholder trust has reached a point of stress, restoring order through disciplined analysis and auditable intervention.

• Legal Leadership & Institutional Networking: Led by Rabia Omar Hassan (CEO), we convert relationship capital into structured mandates, ensuring that project engagements are compliant, investable, and anchored in strategic international networks.
• Climate Finance & ESG Strategy: Led by Vardah Malik (CEO), we treat ESG not as a branding exercise but as a structural risk management "wrapper" that unlocks Development Finance Institution (DFI) capital and policy-level financial structuring.
Our Mission
To be a trusted stabilising force in high-risk environments, preventing failure before it becomes irreversible. We refuse to provide advice without evidence or endorse unrealistic promises, focusing instead on creating "linear lineage"—translating raw indigenous potential into high-end international va
