Amano Corporation is a Japan-based company principally involved in the time information and environmental-related system businesses. The Company has two business segments. The Time Information System segment offers career information systems, salary calculation systems, time management equipment and parking system equipment. The Environmental-related System segment provides dust collectors, powder and granular material pneumatic conveying systems, high-temperature poisonous gas removal systems, deodorization systems and electrolyzed water generation equipment and cleaning equipment. This segment is also engaged in the operation and management of parking lots, janitorial business, welfare business, as well as non-life insurance agent business, through its subsidiaries. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 33 subsidiaries and two associated companies.
