Jim Conway

Jim Conway has a significant amount of work experience in the hospitality industry. Jim started their career as a General Manager at Divi Carina Bay Resort & Casino in 2000 and then moved on to work as a District Manager at Prime Hospitality from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they became a General Manager at Radisson Hotel Chicago O'Hare, where they stayed until 2011. Jim then joined Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group as the Director of Operations from 2011 to 2013. Jim briefly worked as a General Manager at Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro in 2013 before joining First Hospitality Group, Inc. as a General Manager from 2013 to 2016. Jim then worked as a General Manager/Area Resource Manager at Alliance Hospitality Management LLC from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Amano McGann, Inc. as a Sales Executive since 2017 and recently transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Director - South Region starting in February 2022.

Jim Conway attended the U.S. Navy from 1992 to 1996, where they focused on studying aviation. No degree was obtained during this period.
