Pat Gibeau

Pat Gibeau has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. They started their career in 1997 as a Service Technician at Amano McGann, Inc. and later worked as a Software Support Engineer, where they installed parking access and control systems and provided technical support. In 2007, Pat transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager, leading implementations of parking systems and collaborating with the development team. They then became the Sales Engineering Services Manager, creating a new department to support field sales team and analyze specifications for custom applications.

In 2011, Pat took on the position of Director QA / Sales Engineering Services / PCI Compliance at Amano McGann, managing a team of QA engineers and sales engineers, mentoring and coaching team members, and implementing Agile methodologies. From 2015 to 2022, they served as the Director Solutions Management / Product Owner, responsible for managing a suite of hardware and software products, leading a team of senior business analysts, and overseeing product development.

Prior to their time at Amano McGann, Pat also served in the United States Army Reserve as a Radio/Comsec Repairer from 1994 to 2002.

Pat Gibeau obtained an Associates degree in Computer Systems from Northwestern Electronics Institute NEI, which was completed from 1994 to 1997. In addition to that, Pat Gibeau also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in August 2017.
