Victoria McCoy

Victoria McCoy has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent role being an Operations Manager at Amano McGann, Inc. starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at IAA for over 20 years, where they held various management positions including Area Manager, Director of Continuous Improvement, and multiple roles as a Branch Manager and Service Center Manager. Their tenure at IAA spanned from 2002 to 2022.

Victoria McCoy attended the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Victoria then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from California State University-Sacramento, graduating between the years 2002 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Canvas Credentials (Badgr) in April 2023. Victoria also earned a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in December 2022.
