David Saiz Ruiz

David Saiz Ruiz began their work experience in 2009 as the Deputy Head of Manufacturing at International Paper. David then transitioned to Proyectos Integrales de Balizamientos, S.L. in 2009 as a Project Manager of the Technical Department. In 2010, they joined IBERDROLA INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION SA as an Operation and Maintenance Engineer of Renewable Facilities, where they primarily focused on contract negotiation and selecting external companies and providers.

In 2018, David joined Yingli Solar Europe as an Account Manager Spain and eventually took on the role of O&M Supervisor & O&M Business Development Manager. David was responsible for business development, contract negotiation, and managing O&M projects for third-party clients.

Most recently, in 2022, David joined Amara NZero as a Sales Manager.

David Saiz Ruiz began their education at I.E.S. Alonso de Avellaneda in 2002, where they completed a Technical School program in Electrotechnical Installations, focusing on Electronic and Electricity. David then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Electronics at Universidad de Alcalá from 2004 to 2009.

In 2012, David attended the Institute for European Studies in Spain, where they completed an Executive Program of Renewable Energies, specializing in Renewable Energy. The following year, in 2013, they enrolled in the Business Initiatives Institute in Spain and obtained a degree in Management of Industrial Maintenance, with a focus on Maintenance.

Furthering their knowledge in the renewable energy sector, David completed the Basic Safety Training (BST) in Working at Heights - GWO at ENERPAL in 2015. Additionally, they undertook a Technical Occupations Risk Prevention Course (Basic) at Universidad de Alcalá, although the specific start and end years for this course are not provided.
