Mandy Landa

Mandy Landa has over 18 years of experience in operations, program and project management, and online go-to-market strategy. Mandy began their career in 2002 as Website Manager at Keane Care, Inc., where they were the business owner of websites for the Healthcare Solutions Division and was responsible for UX design for hospital software. In 2006, they moved to Microsoft as a Project Manager, where they managed multiple websites for the Architecture Strategy Team. In 2007, they joined Photoworks as a Project Manager, prepping the startup for acquisition to American Greeting Cards. Mandy then joined Advaiya, Inc. as a Program Manager, managing large-scale Microsoft projects on challenging timelines. That same year, they became a Consultant at Tomihi Group, consulting with ecommerce retailers to hone their online strategies. In 2010, they joined milkmakers as Managing Director and Online Director, leading the company from startup to acquisition in 6 years. Mandy then moved to Munchkin, Inc. in 2016 as Director of Operations, Milkmakers, heading a cross-departmental transition team to merge Milkmakers systems and information into Munchkin systems and data. In 2017, they joined Marigold Online as Principal, architecting growth on Amazon for food & beverage companies. Most recently, in 2020, they became Director of Operations at Amara, a food technology company that locks in the taste, texture and nutrients of fresh food in a convenient pouch.

Mandy Landa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts, Image Processing from the University at Buffalo in 1981. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Liberal Arts from Binghamton University from 1977 to 1980. Mandy also holds a certification as a Certified Yoga Instructor from the Yoga Alliance.
