Previously, Nadav held the position of VP of Operations and Business Development at KLP MAMAN from September 2019 to March 2021, focusing on designing comprehensive security solutions and client relationships. Prior experience includes serving as CEO of ELITE Security, Consulting, and Training from 2005 to 2019, overseeing a large team and managing an annual budget exceeding NIS 20 million. Additionally, Nadav's roles at ELITE included VP of Sales and Marketing, where training programs were developed, and as an Instructor and Training Supervisor, responsible for overseeing security training for government entities. Nadav has academic credentials from Bar-Ilan University and Tel Aviv University.
