Diego Guarnieri has extensive experience in call center management and technical support. Since August 2009, Diego has served as Coordinador Call Center at AMARILLA GAS S.A., overseeing the sales call center operations across multiple locations, with key responsibilities in sales analysis, operator and driver supervision, and handling customer complaints. Prior to this, Diego worked as Supervisor of the Help Desk at Tecnet S.A. from January 2007 to March 2009, providing technical support to internal clients at EDESUR S.A., and as a Functional Analyst at Edesur SA from January 2006 to March 2007, focusing on data analysis for the call center. Diego holds a Diplomatura in Comunicación Organizacional from Universidad del CEMA and a Licenciatura in Sistemas from Universidad Kennedy, along with an Analista Programador degree from Instituto Superior Almafuerte.
