Gabriela Castro

Gabriela Castro is a Manufacturing Engineer at Amarillo Gear Company, where responsibilities include improving manufacturing processes through cost-reduction, quality enhancement, and efficiency, alongside facilitating VAVE and LEAN projects. Previously, Gabriela co-founded EPEP®, leading the organization of a significant event aimed at fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among production engineering professionals in Pernambuco. Gabriela also gained experience as an Industrial Engineering Intern at GRI Renewable Industries, where tasks involved material registration in SAP and conducting trainings. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Manufacturing System and Quality Management at Universidade de Pernambuco, Gabriela holds a degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Salgado de Oliveira.
